Miami Residential Real Estate Market

 

I concur with Henry Torres, Miami residential real estate is now selling to a local market; however, the definition of local is extremely broad when he also states that Florida is one of the fastest growing state in the nation and people are moving form the Northeast, Midwest and Canada. Sales in existing single family homes and condominiums have not decreased in South Florida. There appears to be a substantial uptick in these sales since the beginning of last year. I suspect unless there is another crash, Florida real estate will continue to sell at a premium.
